We welcome new members. If you would like to start buying through CalgaryRAW, please start by joining the CalgaryRAW Yahoo Group. To do this you will need a Yahoo ID (email address), which you can sign up for on the Yahoo home page. Once you have secured an ID, come to the page for CalgaryRAW, and click on the button to join the group. The moderators of the group will need to approve your request, which should happen quickly, but could take up to 24 hours. You will recieve an email with further instructions. Yes, this process involves some "hoop-jumping", but it's the best we can do with the systems we are dealing with. Simplifying this process will only mean higher fees for group members. As a group we are trying to avoid extra costs. Your cooperation is appreciated.
There will be a $20 refundable volunteer deposit charged yearly to help the group with maintenance fees. This buying group does not turn a profit, nor do any of it's members. If any excess funds are collected, these will be returned to members at the end of the year. Please go to the FAQ for answers to basic questions about how the group runs. Any further questions can be sent to a group co-manager at calgaryraw@calgaryraw.com or addressed to the whole group using the Yahoo Group. This buying group has only just started (late January 2007) so please be patient while we work out details and get things moving smoothly.
